Ticket actions

Ticket action menu entries are only selectable when viewing a ticket. The following table provides more information about the purpose of each ticket action in the Helpdesk menu.

Link Purpose
Unassign Unassigns the ticket and changes the ticket status to Not Assigned
Assign to me Assigns the ticket to the current operator
Mark as Unread Marks the ticket as new and unread
Close Ticket Closes the ticket
Reopen Ticket Reopens the ticket
Copy Ticket Creates a ticket with the same ticket properties
Ticket Timesheet View all timesheet entries and create new timesheet entries for a specific ticket
Convert to Template Creates a ticket template from the ticket
Convert to Ticket Converts a template to a regular closed ticket
Show hidden fields Displays any of the ticket's hidden workflow fields
