Ticket actions
Ticket action menu entries are only selectable when viewing a ticket. The following table provides more information about the purpose of each ticket action in the Helpdesk menu.
Link | Purpose |

Unassign | Unassigns the ticket and changes the ticket status to Not Assigned |
Assign to me | Assigns the ticket to the current operator |
Mark as Unread | Marks the ticket as new and unread |
Close Ticket | Closes the ticket |
Reopen Ticket | Reopens the ticket |
Copy Ticket | Creates a ticket with the same ticket properties |
Ticket Timesheet | View all timesheet entries and create new timesheet entries for a specific ticket |
Convert to Template | Creates a ticket template from the ticket |
Convert to Ticket | Converts a template to a regular closed ticket |
Show hidden fields | Displays any of the ticket's hidden workflow fields |
