Unallocated transactions

The Unallocated Transactions section on the Account page lists information about account transactions which are unallocated. For example, invoices that have not been paid or receipts not yet allocated against charges. Unallocated transactions include invoices, surcharges, receipts and adjustments. Scheduled payments, including payment plan payments and treatment levels, will be flagged on the associated unallocated invoices.

The following screenshot shows the Unallocated Transactions section displaying a list of unallocated transactions for an account. For quick review of an account, relevant transactions may be highlighted with a particular status, for example, Delinquent, Scheduled, Payment Plan.
