Flag an account as in dispute

Flagging an account as in dispute will defer regular dispatches and notifications, and credit control reminders until the dispute has been resolved. The account is identified as in dispute in the account's Account Balance panel.

This task explains how to flag an account as in dispute.

  1. Search for the account, then double-click the account entry in the search results.
    The Account summary page is displayed.
  2. On the Account menu, click Flag Account as Disputed... Click Continue.
    The account is flagged as in dispute and the dispute status is displayed in the Account Balance panel.
