Remove dispute flag from an account

Removing a dispute flag from an account returns the account to its current disposition which will be displayed in the account's Account Balance panel. Regular dispatches and credit control reminders will resume.

This task explains how to remove a dispute flag from an account.

  1. Search for the account, then double-click the account entry in the search results.
    The Account summary page is displayed.
  2. On the Account menu, click Remove Dispute Flag from Account... Click Continue.
    The dispute flag is removed from the account and the current account status is displayed in the Account Balance panel.
