Missed payments

Smile provides several tools to help you track and manage missed payment plan payments:

• Credit control—lets you automate the management of missed payments. After you set up credit control for payment plans, Smile automatically applies a set of actions to an account or subscription when a customer misses a payment.
• Overdue planned payments report—lists overdue scheduled payments. This report helps you manually track and manage missed payment plan payments.
