View subscriptions

A subscription is a single instance of a service that you provide to a customer, for example, a mobile number or ADSL connection. Each subscription is assigned to an account, and an account can have multiple subscriptions. To find or change subscription information, you must first view the subscription.

This task explains how to view the subscriptions on an account.

Tip: To quickly view a specific subscription, search for the subscription then double-click the subscription entry in the search results.
  1. Search for the account for which you want to view subscriptions, then double-click the account entry in the search results.
    The Account summary page is displayed.
  2. On the Account Menu Tree, click Subscriptions.
    The Subscriptions summary page appears and displays the subscriptions on the account. If you assign subscriptions to cost centres, Smile groups the subscriptions by cost centre.
  3. (Optional) Use the Service, and Cost centre drop-down lists to filter the displayed subscriptions.
  4. Double-click a subscription entry to view further information.
    The subscription's summary page is displayed. This page contains information about the subscription's plan and contract. Additional information and functionality is accessed by expanding the subscription entry on the Account Menu Tree.
