BCC all outgoing email

Smile provides the ability to specify that all outgoing emails are blind carbon-copied (BCC) to an archive mailbox. The presence of an email in the archive indicates the email was sent by Smile.

CAUTION:

As all outgoing Smile email will be stored in this email archive ensure you have sufficient mailbox capacity or a process in place to ensure the mailbox does not exceed capacity and refuse mail receipt.
