View the helpdesk inbox

The helpdesk inbox displays any tickets assigned to you and your assignment group(s). From the helpdesk inbox you can view your tickets, search for tickets and save ticket searches for repeated use.

This task explains how to view the helpdesk inbox.

Do one of the following:
  • On the Dashboard, click the Inbox tile.
  • On the Smile menu, click Helpdesk.
  • On the Helpdesk menu, click Inbox.
The Help Desk page appears and displays any tickets assigned to you and your assignment group(s).
