View an account

An account holds all the business-related information about a customer, such as their billing address, payment details and transaction history. To find or change customer information, you must first view their account.

This task explains how to view an account.

  1. Search for the account.
  2. Double-click the account entry in the search results.
    The Account summary page is displayed. This page contains information about the account balance and provides a summary of other useful account information and settings.
