Whilst an account is in dispute an account's Document Dispatch
page will list the dispatches that have not been sent and credit control
notifications that have been disabled.
This task explains how to view the dispatch status of an account.
Search for the account, then double-click
the entry in the search results.
The account's summary page is displayed.
On the Account Menu Tree, click the to the left of
Account, then click Document
Dispatch.
