Customers reports

Customers reports provide information about your customers' usage patterns and the status of account and subscription orders.

Reports in the customers category include:
  • Churn report—displays the number of new, inactive and locked accounts for a period.
  • Contract expiry report—lists each account with a contract that expires in a specified period.
  • Current period usage report—displays usage data in the current period for a specified service, including downloads, uploads and online time.
  • First connections—lists all subscriptions on a service that first connected in a specified period.
  • Pending activations—displays subscriptions awaiting activation.
  • Plan users—lists a count of subscriptions by plan for one or all services.
  • Powertel preselection failures—displays preselection failures that can be scheduled for eBill churns.
  • Provisioning results report—lists the status of provisioning requests for all services for a specified period.
  • Purchased prepaid blocks—displays the prepaid blocks purchased in a period.
  • Service and account creation report—lists all accounts and subscriptions created in a specified period, grouped by service type.
  • Service order approvals—displays orders that require approval.
  • Service usage report—displays usage data for the top users of a specified service, including downloads, uploads and duration.
