Exceptions reports

Exceptions reports provide information about accounts, invoices and billing items, provisioning requests and services and subscriptions that may require attention.

Reports in the exceptions category include:
  • Custom feature report—displays information about accounts with custom features, including plan, service and rating cycle.
  • Inactive users—lists subscriptions that have not used a specified service for a specified period.
  • Incomplete service listing—displays subscriptions on an account that are not fully configured and require further action.
  • Non-dispatching accounts—lists the accounts without dispatch settings for a specified document type.
  • Outstanding provisioning requests—lists all outstanding provisioning requests.
  • Provisioning errors report—lists all current provisioning errors.
  • Unassociated billing items—displays billing items that cannot be associated with a subscription, so cannot be included in the billing run.
  • Undispatched invoices—displays all undispatched invoices, sorted by invoice age.
  • Usage alert level report—lists each subscription that has a reached a usage alert level for a specified service.
