Refresh a treatment level

Smile refreshes the treatment level of each account once a day, usually at midnight. Smile also immediately refreshes a delinquent account's treatment level after a receipt is allocated to it.

If you need to immediately change an account's treatment level, or check that a treatment level is up-to-date, you can manually refresh the treatment level.

This task explains how to manually refresh a treatment level.

  1. Search for the account, then double-click the account entry in the search results.
    The Account summary page is displayed.
  2. Click Refresh next to the Treatment Level field.
    Smile refreshes the treatment level and, if the treatment level changes, takes the appropriate treatment level actions.
