Change usage alert group alert thresholds

An alert threshold is a percentage of value that, when consumed, triggers a notification. A subscription's default alert thresholds for usage alert groups are defined on the service, but you can add or remove alert thresholds from the default list.

This task explains how to change the alert thresholds for a usage alert group.

  1. Search for the account for which you want to change the usage alert group threshold, then double-click the account entry in the search results.
    The Account summary page is displayed.
  2. On the Account Menu Tree, click Subscriptions, then double-click the subscription entry for which you want to change the usage alert group threshold.
    The subscription's summary page is displayed.
  3. Click Configure under the Usage alerts section.
    The Usage alerts window appears and displays the available alert thresholds for the usage alert group.
  4. Select the alert thresholds to apply to the usage alert group, and click Save.
    Smile updates the alert thresholds for the usage alert group.
