Ticket notifications
If you integrate Smile with the Jabber instant messaging application, Smile can send you
notifications when:
- a new ticket is raised
- a ticket is assigned to you
- a ticket assigned to you is closed
In addition, you can subscribe to a ticket to receive information about new comments and status changes.
