Defaults
The Defaults tab contains configuration information for obtaining service username and actions operators can take on a service and plan. The Default tab has two areas of configuration:
Component
The Component tab specifies how a service obtains a service username. An option is selected from the Service ID Type drop-down. A username can be specified through the following methods:
- Entered by operator
- (Default) The service username is manually entered by an operator when ordering a service.
- Account ID
- The service username is taken from the Account ID.
- From other package component
- The service username is taken from another package service.
Plan schedule
The Plan schedule tab specifies if an operator can select a plan for a service manually, if they can manually set start and end dates of a service and if the service order form is visible.
- Operators select a plan for this service
- Specifies that an operator can select a plan for the service from available plans.
- Operators may select start and end dates for this service
- Specifies that an operator can set validity dates for the service.
- Hide the service order form
- Specifies that the default service order form is not used during ordering.
