Retrieve ticket information
Retrieving ticket information lets you view details of a single or multiple tickets, details of a ticket template and the availability of appointment times.
The following methods manage tickets:
- getTicket() checks that a ticket number is valid.
- getTickets() retrieves all tickets for an account.
- getTemplateTicketDescription() retrieves the details of a template ticket.
- getAppointmentAvailabilities() searches for available operator appointment times.
