Analytics menu tree
The Analytics Menu Tree presents links to individual reports, grouped by type. The menu tree
also displays the current default report, reports marked
as favourites and recently accessed reports. Click the 
to expand a report group.
The Analytics Menu Tree has the following report entries and standard report groups:
- Menu
- Purpose
- Report Search
- Text field for searching for report names.
- Favourites
- Displays reports selected as a favourite.
- Recent
- Displays the 10 most recently accessed reports.
- Revenue
- Lists revenue related reports. For example, sales, aged debtors, invoice and payment reports.
- Operations
- Lists reports related to operational activity. For example, helpdesk, timesheets, features and network activity.
- Customers
- Lists customer related reports. For example, new and past accounts, plans and service usage and provisioning reports.
- Finance
- Lists reports related to financial liability. For example, commissions, bonds, credit, debt and other transactions.
- Exceptions
- Lists reports related to potential exceptions or issues. For example, reports on incomplete, inactive or erroneous activity and accounts.
- Sales
- Lists reports related to sales activity and history.
