Operations reports
Operations reports provide audit information about events that may require attention and network status.
Reports in the operations category include:
- Active features—displays all active connections for which a specified feature is currently active.
- Active NAS port usage—displays the ports used for each NAS for a specified period.
- Credit limit report—displays all subscriptions that have exceeded their credit limit, or the subscriptions that have exceeded the credit limit for a specified service.
- Daily connection report—displays a daily summary of usage data for each service, including downloads, uploads, call durations and sessions.
- Events—displays the numbers of events that occurred in a given period, and lets you drill down to a detailed list of when each event occurred.
- Inactive accounts—displays accounts with an outstanding balance and no activity in a specified period. These accounts may be candidates for zeroing - when an itemized credit or debit is raised to return the account balance to $0.
- International rates—displays the international charging rates for a specified service.
- Network Access Server callers—displays the unique callers to a specified NAS for a specified period.
- Order Group Report—lists order groups that are not completed.
- Server status report—displays the status of the Smile server, including the VM status, transaction pool and thread tree.
- Spend limit report—displays all subscriptions that have exceeded a spend limit for a specified service.
- Timesheet entries - by customer—lists the timesheet entries raised against each account, grouped by ticket and ticket type.
- Timesheet entries - by operator—displays each operator's timesheet entries for a specified period.
- Who's online—lists information about all subscriptions that are currently online, including total time online and IP address.
