Check the sales reports

Checking the sales reports after you process the billing run helps ensure that your company's reports and financial statements are accurate and up-to-date.

The sales report provides a summary of your incoming and outgoing expenses for a specified period. The customisable sales report lets you drill down into the transactions that make up a period total, and may provide more information about unexpected figures.

To check the sales reports, review the figures in the sales report or the customisable sales report.
If you notice a shortfall in income or other unexpected figures, verify that all invoices for that period were approved and dispatched and that invoice items are assigned to the correct sales report category.
