Discounts

You can apply discounts to accounts, subscriptions or invoice items. An account's discount also applies to its subscriptions.

Smile supports two types of discounts:

automatic discounts—Smile automatically applies a discount when generating a bulk invoice.
one-off discounts—an operator adds a discount to a manual invoice.

Your Smile administrators define the discounts you can apply to an account, subscription or invoice item.
