GST and other tax

Smile automatically calculates GST (Goods and Services Tax), or other required tax, for each invoice.

You cannot change the amount of tax on an invoice. However, you can change the tax status of invoice items so that Smile performs the tax calculation differently. You can also specify if an account is GST-exempt in the Account summary page, or if a subscription is GST-exempt in the subscription's summary page.
