Adjusting prepaid lets you change the balance or expiry date of a prepaid block after purchase. For
example, if a customer has problems with their prepaid DSL subscription, you can
adjust the prepaid block to 'refund' the prepaid value they used during the
problematic period.
This task explains how to adjust prepaid.

Search for the subscription for which you
want to check the prepaid balance, then double-click
the subscription entry in the search results.
The subscription's summary page is displayed.

On the Account Menu Tree, click the to the left of the subscription entry to expand the
subscription options, then click Prepaid.
The Prepaid page appears and displays the balance
of all active prepaid blocks.

Click View next to the prepaid block to adjust.
The Prepaid Block Usage window appears and displays
the prepaid block's adjustment history.

Complete the following fields, as required:
- Block Expiry Date—Changes the prepaid
expiry date.
- Purchased—Changes the original amount of
prepaid in the prepaid block.
- Remaining—Changes the amount of prepaid
consumed from the prepaid block.

Click Save adjustment.
Smile adjusts the prepaid and returns to the
Prepaid page.
