View prepaid balance

Viewing a prepaid balance lets you view a customers remaining prepaid and helps you answer customer queries.

Smile always displays a customer's real-time prepaid balance. However, you cannot view session information or the amount of prepaid consumed in a month until after the subscription's billing run.

Tip: Smile displays the prepaid balance beside the Prepaid Menu Tree label, so you can see a customer's remaining prepaid at a glance. For example, the following screenshot shows a prepaid balance of 31Gb.

This task explains how to view detailed information about a customer's prepaid balance.

  1. Search for the subscription for which you want to check the prepaid balance, then double-click
 the subscription entry in the search results.
    The subscription's summary page is displayed.
  2. On the Account Menu Tree, click the Disclosure triangle to the left of the subscription entry to expand the subscription options, then click Prepaid.
    The Prepaid page lists the subscription's prepaid history, including the balance of any active prepaid blocks.
