Export appointment list

A summary list of appointments can be exported from Smile to be provided, for example, to an operator who will be on the road or away from Smile undertaking appointments. The exported list provides a summary of appointments listed in order of booking time.

This task explains how to export an appointment list.

  1. On the Helpdesk menu, click Appointments.
    The Help Desk page is displayed with appointment filters selected.
  2. Specify the required appointment selection criteria in the search fields.
    A list of results that match your search criteria is displayed.
  3. Select Summary from the View drop-down.
    A summary table of appointment is displayed.
  4. Click the Save icon icon.
    A ticketlist.csv file is downloaded.
