Make an appointment

To make an appointment you first search for available operators and times.

This task explains how to make an appointment.

  1. On the Helpdesk menu, click Appointments.
    The Help Desk page is displayed with appointment filters selected.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • On the Helpdesk menu, click Create Ticket.
    • On the Help Desk inbox page, click New ticket...
    The Create a new ticket page is displayed.
  3. Click Select next to the appointment ticket type.
    The Search for an appointment page is displayed.
  4. Click the calendar icon to select the required appointment Start Date.
    Available operators and appointment start times are listed below the search fields.
  5. Click Select to the right of a suitable operator and appointment start time.
    A Please enter a subject for the new ticket window is displayed.
  6. Type a subject in the Please enter a subject for the new ticket field. Click Continue.
    The appointment ticket is displayed.
  7. Complete any required ticket information or actions. Click Save.
