Deleting a plan permanently deletes the current plan and all its settings from the
Smile database. An error will be displayed if an attempt is made to delete a plan
that has been or still is in use.
This task explains how to delete a plan.

Select Services and Plans under Services,
Ordering and Rating on the Configuration and
Tools page.
The Services and Plans page is displayed.

Click View to the right of a service.
The Billing tab for the selected service is displayed.

Click View to the right of a plan listed on the
Billing tab.
The Usage Charges tab is displayed.

Click the Settings tab.

Click Delete Plan at the bottom of the
Settings page. Click Continue to
confirm.
The service Billing tab is displayed.
