Appointment search properties
Appointment search properties are the criteria that can be used to select a suitable time, date and operator for an appointment.
The following list describes appointment search properties.
- Duration
- Specifies the duration of the appointment. The default duration displayed is specified in the appointment ticket type. This time can be edited if required. Duration options will be displayed in multiples of the default duration time.
- Travel Time
- Specifies the travel time allocated in addition to the appointment duration time. The default travel displayed is specified in the appointment ticket type. This time can be edited if required. Travel time options will be displayed in multiples of the default duration time.
- Search Type
- Specifies if the appointment search is for all available times on a specified date or for a specific start time.
- Start Time
- Specifies the proposed start time of an appointment if Specific Time has been selected as the Search
Type.
Note: Start Time is entered in 24 hour time format. For example, 3pm = 15:00:00.
- Start Date
- Specifies the proposed date for an appointment.
- Assignment group
- Specifies the assignment group that contains all operators available for appointments.
- Assign to
- Specifies individual operators that are members of the group specified at Assignment group.
