View account or transaction tickets

Viewing account or transaction tickets gives you an overview of all the issues that affect the account or transaction. For example, you can view all tickets raised against a wholesale customer's account, or check the tickets raised by credit control against an invoice.

This task explains how to view tickets on an account or transaction.

  1. Search for the account or transaction for which you want to view tickets, then double-click the entry in the search results.
    The Account summary page of the account or the Transactions page of the transaction is displayed.
  2. On the Account Menu Tree, click Tickets.
    The Tickets page appears and displays any tickets raised against the account or transaction.
  3. (Accounts only) If necessary, enter search criteria in the fields at the top of the page and click Search.
    Smile displays only the tickets that match your search criteria.
