Ticket status - "Ticket Closed"

  1. Click Add.
    The Ticket status window is displayed.
  2. Select Customer Support Request from the Ticket type drop-down.
  3. Type Ticket Closed in the Public message field.
  4. Type Ticket Closed in the Private message field.
  5. Select the Use this status type when the ticket is closed checkbox.
  6. Click Save.
    The ticket status will be added to the Ticket Status message list.
