Ticket status - "Ticket Closed"

Click Add.
The Ticket status window is displayed.
- Select Customer Support Request from the Ticket type drop-down.
- Type Ticket Closed in the Public message field.
- Type Ticket Closed in the Private message field.
- Select the Use this status type when the ticket is closed checkbox.

Click Save.
The ticket status will be added to the Ticket Status message list.
